These terms are an agreement between you (the business using HiGHLiGHTR) and HiGHLiGHTR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: our contact form.
HiGHLiGHTR provides an AI marketing assistant that plans, writes and designs social media content and recommendations for bars and restaurants, using information you provide and accounts you choose to connect.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account and for the team members you invite.
You own your business information, photos and content. You give HiGHLiGHTR permission to use them only to provide the service to you. AI-generated content can contain mistakes: you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for making sure it is accurate and follows the law and each platform's rules, including rules about alcohol advertising and age restrictions.
When you connect a third-party account (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google or a point-of-sale system), you authorize HiGHLiGHTR to access it as described when you connect, and you agree to that platform's terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Don't use HiGHLiGHTR to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to target minors with alcohol promotions, or to interfere with the service or other users.
Plans are billed monthly per location, plus a one-time setup fee per location where applicable, as shown when you sign up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins.
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features that depend on third-party platforms may change when those platforms change. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, HiGHLiGHTR isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results of content you approve, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using HiGHLiGHTR at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how to delete your data.
